A educação crítica e cidadã no PET economia/UFES / The critical education and citizen in PET economics/UFES

O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar o funcionamento e algumas das atividades desenvolvidas pelo PET Economia/UFES, ao longo de sua existência, que contribuíram e contribuem para o desenvolvimento de uma Educação Tutorial crítica e cidadã no seio de nosso grupo. Para tanto, apresentaremos, inicialmente, um pouco da construção histórica do grupo para em um segundo momento descrever algumas de nossas atividades que constituem o eixo ensino, pesquisa e extensão.

The objective of this paper is to present the functioning and some of the activities that are undertaken by the PET Economia/UFES throughout its existence, these activities have contributed and still contribute to the development of a tutorial education critical and citizenship within our group. Therefore, we will initially present a bit of the historical formation of the group and, in a second moment, we wil describe some of our activities that constitute the axis of teaching, research and extension.

Crise e mercado de trabalho: repercussões no centro e na periferia da zona euro / Crisis and labour market: repercussions on the center and periphery of the eurozone

O objetivo deste artigo é o de observar as tendências verificadas no mercado de trabalho dos países pertencentes à Zona Euro, dando ênfase às semelhanças e diferenças existentes entre aqueles que compõem, por um lado, a periferia e, de outro, o centro desta zona monetária. A hipótese principal aqui levantada é a de que a crise verificada pós-2008 acentuou as disparidades existentes no mercado de trabalho entre estes países, intensificando a divisão internacional do trabalho. Apesar de geograficamente pertencerem à mesma zona monetária e estarem sob a égide dos princípios dos tratados que regem a sua organização, tais países, que possuem estágios de desenvolvimento capitalistas diferenciados, apresentam elementos e características peculiares quanto aos seus mercados de trabalho. Como era de se esperar, as estruturas capitalistas mais frágeis, representadas pelos países periféricos da Zona Euro, mostraram-se muito mais afetadas pela crise, o que não significa dizer que nos países centrais os efeitos sobre o mercado de trabalho foram pequenos. Pelo contrário, o que se observou em seu interior foi também um processo generalizado de flexibilização e intensificação da precarização do trabalho.

The objective of this article is to observe the trends noticed in the labor market of the countries belonging to the Eurozone, emphasizing the similarities and differences between those who consist, on one hand, the periphery, and on the other, the center of this monetary zone. The main standing hypothesis here is that the crisis observed post 2008 accentuated the disparities in the labor market between these countries, intensifying the international division of labor. Although they belong geographically to the same monetary zone and are under a aegis of principles from the treaties that govern their organization, such countries, which have different stages of capitalist development, present peculiar elements and characteristics as to their labor markets. As expected, the most fragile capitalist structures, represented by the peripheral countries of the Eurozone, have shown to be much more affected by the crisis, although it doesn't necessary mean that the effects on the labor markets of the central countries were smaller. On the contrary, what has been observed in the interior was also a widespread process of flexibilization and intensification of precarious work.
